I’ve lived here in the Region for a long time, and I can honestly say I’ve never been the type of person to go to the same place twice for a haircut. I’d usually bounce around, trying different barbers or salons, never really finding somewhere … More that felt like the right fit. After my appointment with Paige at Serenity Spa in Chesterton, I think that finally changed.
From the moment I walked in, everyone was genuinely welcoming. You could tell right away that the staff enjoys what they do and cares about the people walking through the door. It didn’t feel rushed or transactional—it felt like they actually wanted you to have a great experience.
Paige was fantastic. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, asked questions, and paid attention to the little details that make all the difference. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it definitely shows in the final result. The attention to detail throughout the entire appointment was incredible.
I also have to mention how relaxing the atmosphere was. I’ve never really been to a salon like this before, and I can absolutely see why people keep coming back. It felt more like an experience than just getting a haircut.
Before I even left, I booked my next appointment, which is something I honestly never do. That probably says everything. If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated well, the staff is personable, and you leave feeling confident, I’d absolutely recommend Paige and the entire team at Serenity Spa.
